Please check out the Wednesday night schedule below which will run through June 19, 2013. Branch Ministries, Knox's youth program for 6th - 12th grade, is committed to real worship, real discipleship and real community. In addition to all-church events and mission trips, retreats, and camps, Branch Ministries engages students in worship, discipleship and community through two primary programs: Sunday morning Gathering, which is a youth-specific teaching time; and Wednesday night youth group.
Gathering operates on a three-year curriculum cycle of Old Testament-New Testament-Church History; for the 2012-2013 school year, our lessons will center on figures and events in church history. On all but the first Sunday of the month, youth are invited to leave the worship service following the children's sermon to attend Gathering. On first Sundays of the month, youth remain in worship to celebrate the Lord's Supper with the wider Knox family.
Youth group meets every Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:00pm. For the 2012-2013 school year, our discussions will revolve around the concept of discipleship, with the theme of "Dust" coming from the ancient notion of a disciple as someone who followed so closely behind the rabbi that he or she was covered by the dust of the rabbi's feet. Please check out the Wednesday night schedule below.

Volunteers Like all church ministries, Branch Ministries is dependent upon the gifts, time
and energy of volunteers. We are deeply thankful for the parents, professors, young professionals and seminary students who give their time to serve the students at Knox. If you are interested in volunteering as a youth leader, Gathering teacher, or special event coordinator, please contact Director of Youth Ministries, Heather Thomsen, at email@example.com
